There is no pro-ration except for the initial entry month. Tuition rates are subject to change each year Parent Handbook:  No refunds or tuition adjustments will be applied for illnesses, vacation, school holidays, school breaks, summer months or other reasons. This is because staffing and operational expenses are based on total enrollment. These costs are not reduced when a child is absent.
